Four-time Olympic gold medallist Ariarne Titmus announced her immediate retirement from swimming on Thursday, calling it a "really tough" decision as she was lauded as "a living legend".Privileged to have witnessed a living legend in the sport," said fellow Australian and five-time Olympic gold medallist Kaylee McKeown.

Morocco's third goalkeeper stars in shootout to secure a spot in the Under-20 World Cup final
Third goalkeeper Abdelhakim El Mesbahi came off the bench near the end of extra time and made the decisive save in the shootout as Morocco defeated France 5-4 on penalties Wednesday to qualify for its first Under-20 World Cup final. French goalkeeper Lisandru Olmeta's own goal in the 32nd minute gave Morocco the lead before midfielder Lucas Michel equalized in the 59th. It was tied 1-1 in regulation and near the end of extra time, when Morocco’s coach Mohamed Ouahbi sent in El Mesbahi for the shootout.

Chelsea's Maresca banned for Forest match after wild celebration
Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca was given a one-match touchline ban on Wednesday for dissent and over-celebrating a last-gasp goal in a 2-1 Premier League win over Liverpool on October 4.The Italian will now be banned from the touchline for Chelsea's match away to Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Saturday.
