Former Aston Villa striker Kevin Phillips believes you "never become a hero" at a club until you score the winner against a local rival. Phillips scored the winner as Aston Villa faced Birmingham at St. Andrew's in a 1-0 win in October 2005. "I can probably walk around Birmingham without a slap from a Villa fan because obviously I played for three years at the Blues."
