Fans and police clash at Rio airport during Flamengo departure for Copa Libertadores final
Rio de Janeiro police officers and soccer fans clashed Wednesday near the city's international airport as Flamengo's squad prepared to travel to Peru to face Palmeiras in an all-Brazilian Copa Libertadores final. Local media reported about a dozen fans entered the Flamengo bus from the ceiling as thousands cheered outside.

Their <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/studbudz">new Twich channel</a> captures the essence of their energy and vibes, and it is contagious to everyone who watches.</p><p>These two have a Twitch account where they film getting ready for games, their daily lives, or, recently, what the All-Star weekend looks like as a player, which blew up their channel.</p><h2>Where it All Began</h2><p>The two players met for the first time when they played with the Connecticut Sun in Hiedeman’s rookie year. Williams took in Hiedeman under her wing, and she helped guide her through a big transition year for any player. They quickly became close friends from spending lots of time together.</p><p>When they came back together as teammates in January of 2024 for the Lynx, their connection immediately rekindled. With all the time they spend together in practices and training, they started throwing random ideas around when coming up with the now iconic StudBudz name to create content.</p><h2>What It Means To Them</h2><p>“We represent a community,” Williams <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdZWGPLzDWM">stated</a> in an interview with SLAM.</p><p>Williams and Hiedeman use this platform not only to share creative content but also to represent the LGBTQ+ community. They aim to break stereotypes about the gay community and to spread a sense of welcome to anyone who watches.</p><p>Originally, when Williams joined the league, there wasn’t a strong support system for LGBTQ+ players, but now to see the growth of support from not only the league but also the fans is something remarkable to both players.</p><p>While on the court, they say that friendship goes out the door due to their equally competitive drives.
